I was born and raised in Wisconsin, grew up in Chicago, and I have been pursuing happiness in Northern California since 1997.

As a child, I was always carrying around a camera, documenting moments people share has been my lifelong passion. Becoming a mom has been the most profound gift I’ve ever received. As my daughter, Amelia, navigates her life after high school, she remains my enduring inspiration and unwavering muse. Amidst our journey, I’ve learned the art of pausing, treasuring each fleeting moment we share together. While coaxing her in front of the camera has become a rare occurrence these days, the photographs I do manage to capture hold immeasurable value to me. They encapsulate the core of our bond, preserving memories that will last a lifetime.
